JOINERY PRODUKTION

Our joinery is engaged in custom-producing solid wood, purchasing, cutting, and drying wood. We produce windows, doors, staircases, and atypical furniture.

We are also newly engaged in processing artificial stone, which is very popular with architects and designers abroad.

We hold a certificate for the production of casement windows and for drying wood.

The pride of our joinery is the 5-axis CNC milling machine Homag Venture 115 M, which we use for processing wood and agglomerated materials.

We can also boast of the Pilous CTR 800 log band saw. This saw is designed for cutting logs with a diameter of up to 800 mm and a track length of 10.5 m.

Other equipment includes a four-sided milling machine, Griggio G240 P. We use it to produce prisms, profiles, boards, parquet, or round edges.

We use two Kovos SL 5A drying chambers for drying wood. The chambers have a capacity of 6 - 9 cubic meters of dried wood depending on the cross-section of the pieces. The length of the lumber is up to 5 m.
