Metalwork manufacturing is represented by several services, namely automated robot welding, manual welding and manual grinding.

We focus on visually demanding products. Among our products, you will find, for example, elevator doors, frames and cassettes, driver´s cabin partitions,

dashboard ceilings, illuminated advertising cabinets, rack system parts, electrical switchboard cabinets, weldments weighing up to 200 kg,

frames and doors for mounting gas meters.

We weld aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel.

Migatronic / Fronius TPS/i 320A:

Automig is a continuously adjustable, fully digital welding source designed for MIG/MAG welding technology.

The Fronius TPS/i 320A is a universal device in the 320 A performance class. It has been completely redesigned, which means that the welding properties have been significantly improved, the communication between man and machine has been optimized, and the handling has been improved. The modular design and the easy system expansion options ensure high flexibility. Thanks to perfectly coordinated components, the TPS/i is the welding system of the future.

QRC 320 welding robot:
The QRC 320 welding robot can weld steel materials from 0.6 mm to 12 mm. The repeatability is less than 1/10 mm. Welding fixtures help carry out the process in the same way, with high quality and productivity. The price of the welded parts is lower than that of convection welding while maintaining the high quality of the weld! The workplace consists of a compact Z6 cell and a QRC 320 robot.
