SHEET METAL BENDING

We are equipped with eight press brakes for sheet metal bending.

We can boast of bending sheet metal with a thickness of 0.5 to 12 mm in lengths up to 4 m.

Bending center RAS XLTbend 71.40:
The RAS XLTbend 71.40 model series is for bends up to a total length of 4060 mm.

Press brake Safan Darley E- Brake 200-4100:
Servo mechanical CNC press Safan Darley E- Brake 200/4100 with a thrust of 2000 kN and a tool length of 4 m. The machine is equipped with split tools, so parts with bends in both perpendicular axes can be bent.

Press brake Safan Darley E- Brake 100-3100:
Servo mechanical CNC press brake Safan Darley E- Brake 100-3100 with a thrust of 1000 kN and a tool length of 3 m.

Press brake Safan Darley E- Brake 50-2050:
Servo mechanical CNC press brake Safan Darley E- Brake 50-2050 with a thrust of 500 kN and a tool length of 2 m.

Press brake Safan Darley E- Brake 35-1250
Servo mechanical CNC press brake Safan Darley E- Brake B 35-1250 with a thrust of 350 kN and a tool length of 1.25 m.
